Help India Online Foundation is working in 5 sectors, namely, education, preventive health care, work, digital assistance, and social entrepreneurship, and continues to add more projects and Dr. Pawan makes sure that he contributes to the development of HIO.

Dr Ajay Data comes from a very small village Khairthal in Alwar District and now a global Leader. He is a young techno commercial Founder & CEO of multiple technology companies. His hard work, visionary approach, belief in team work and techno-business thinking achieved him most liked and looked upon entrepreneur. His innovation and execution of software products like XgenPlus, Spamjaoo, VideoMeet, DATAMAIL has got users world over and won multiple patents. Making a modest start on April 18th 1999 as Rajasthan’s first private ISP the company rapidly expanded its line of businesses in the areas of e-Governance,

Software Products, Turnkey IT Solutions and Mobile Technologies. Recently Data Xgen Technologies got global recognition for bringing in first of its kind IDN email supporting email addresses in Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Arabic, and Cyrillic along with 15 more languages. He also became the first Indian to be nominated for ccNSO Council of ICANN where 170 countries are members. He was also the first Indian to become Chairman of Universal Acceptance Steering Group having 650+ members globally. Dr. Data is Managing Director of Data Group of Industries with interest in Edible Oil, Agriculture, and Technology and sought after leader by young entrepreneurs for mentoring and guidance.

RoboSmart Labs welcomes Prof. VARUN ARYA as prominent member of our Advisory Board

Prof. Arya is a first class graduate from IIT Delhi (1976-81 batch) and post-graduate from IIM Ahmedabad (1981-83 batch). Thereafter, he worked for 16 years in senior positions with the leading companies like Indian Rayon, Reliance and lastly with American multinational DuPont where he became General Manager at a young age of 36 years. In April 1999, when he was just 40 years, he left the corporate world to become an educational entrepreneur. After having established and successfully run Aravali Institute of Management for over two decades, he is now associated with his dream project of shaping up a top quality educational campus Aravali Gurukul Ashram spread over around 100 acres extremely saline arid wasteland transformed into a green campus under his leadership. It is planned to have a group of institutions in diverse areas of education, envisioned to be a model of no compromise blending the best of traditions with the latest in modernity, at Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

Amongst the various positions held by Prof. Arya, he has been the President of prestigious IIT Delhi Alumni Association - the apex body of around 55000 member alumni based worldwide, alumni representative on the Senate of IIT Delhi, Board member of the Technology Business Incubation Units Board of IIT Delhi and Secretary of IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association. He is presently on the Boards and Advisory Councils of various educational institutions and other organisations. For the last over a decade, he has also been a member of IIM Ahmedabad Society.

Because of his firm belief that education, by definition, is based on ethics and values, his journey as an educational entrepreneur has been filled with unending hardships, risks, sacrifices and struggles.

Welcoming Dr. Kalpana Mohan from Bengaluru as Prominent member of RoboSmart Labs Advisory Board

Dr. Kalpana Mohan is Originally a teacher by profession hailing from Bangalore, India with 35 years of teaching and administrative experience to go with. She served as the Principal of Vidyashilp Academy, ranked among the Top 10 ICSE/IGCSE schools in India, for over 18 years. With her vast experience she established PNC COGNITIO SCHOOL in Kadugodi White filed which focuses mainly on Inclusive education with Finnish model. She possesses strong and practical knowledge in ICSE and CAIE curricula and had the honour of serving as the convener of examinations for ICSE schools in Bangalore and inspector for ICSE affiliation.

She started out as temporary principal at Robert Nursery School in Chennai and has donned several hats on her way to her current position as a freelance teacher-trainer and she is associated with different training Institutes. She is in the advisory board of Basil wood International school, an initiative by ISCKON, Bangalore. She also conducts academic audits for schools.

Primarily a Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry, she has a Masters in Political Science to her name in addition to a Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism and a Masters in Education Management. She is a certified Programme Leader by Cambridge University, London and trained more than 60 teachers for Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. She is a certified educator in Global Perspective. She holds a Certificate on Managing Diversity in the classroom under the RTE.

She has presented several papers at various summits and possesses a great passion for education related activities. She has also tried her hand at various non-teaching fields like homeopathy and computers holding a diploma in each of the same and is actively involved in social service activities. She led a team of people to Orissa for cyclone relief in the year 1999-2000. She motivates all her teachers by standing as a role model in the act of ‘Giving Back to the Society’. She pioneered and wishes to continue “free coaching classes” for Grade X students from under privileged society. She served as the president of Lions club of Yelahanka and an active member of the club. She is the member of Global Leadership team of District 317 F and Certified National trainer for Quest SFA programme.

She has won several awards for her contributions to education. “Swarna Karnataka Shikshana Rathna “by Government of Karnataka, Best principal award by BEO office, Bangalore North and identified as “Super Citizen” by DNA newspaper, and got felicitated as “Progressive Principal of India” , “Best Academic Consultant in Karnataka” by GTF in Bangkok to name a few. Very recently she was awarded as “Distinguished Educator-India” by AKS in Dubai and South India Women Achievers Award 2020.

She is an ardent reader and also likes to listen to music. Amid lover of Sports as well.
