At present, there is a vacuum of defined Robotics Education System in the Country, both at foundation level and University/College level There is not a single entity in the country, who has so far established nationwide organized Robotics Education learning centers. We are thus determined to create a brand with the Mission to set up organized Robotics Education Eco Systems in the Country.

  • India’s strength is its population of versatile people.
  • The rough estimate of students from 3rd grade to 12th grade is around 15 Crore (150 Million) studying both in Private and Government Schools.
  • These are the students (3rd to 12th Grade), who are our target audience for digital experts.
  • It is roughly assumed that just 1% of the school going kids take keen interest in learning Robotics, Coding & Artificial Intelligence. We have a market size of 15 Lac students, and need around 700 Labs to cater to such a large population.
  • Importance of Robotics Education has gained momentum during the lockdown since last years.
Mission:

To set up thousands of Ultra-Modern Robotics Learning Centres called “RoboSmart Labs” both in Schools and Privately through Franchisee Partners with the purpose of producing a large number of highly trained and qualified young digital/technical experts to meet the expected high demand of such technocrats.

1. “RoboSmart Labs” will be the single hub for learning each and every aspect of Robotics Education viz. Coding -languages (Python, Arduino, Android, C++, Java, Blockly etc), Animation, App Development, Gaming, STEM education, Machine learning, Aero-modelling, AR – VR, 3 D Printing & Artificial Intelligence.

2. Vast Curriculum of comprehensive Robotics Education by “RoboSmart Labs” will be addressing not only syllabus of new subject of coding and its activities but also help in scoring higher marks in subjects like Science, Mathematics, Physics and computer programming.

3. Though the New Education Policy Starts Coding - Robotics Curriculum from Grade-6, we have developed our curriculum starting from Grade-3. This has been executed to keep in mind the fact to brush up basic knowledge and skills of kids before they face Coding – Robotics as mandatory subject.

Every Single RoboSmart Lab will be the result of Joint Venture Partnership with our esteemed Business Partner to get returns in accordance to the investment of funds and time.

SCOPE OF BUSINESS PARTNER'S INVESTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • 1200-1600 sq ft of owned/rented Premises approved as per fire safety & local body laws with separate clean washrooms for boys and Girls
  • Furnitures and Fixtures in accordance to layout design given by RoboSmart Labs to accommodate 40 students and 2/3 trainers at a time within 4 walls and 1 roof
  • Reception cum Counselling cum parent waiting area with shelves for Merchandising
  • 12-14 PCs of latest configurations, 1 good quality Projector, WIFI - broadband / Fibre
  • Appointment of Counselor cum receptionist, Marketing Executive, Security Guard, Housekeeper & Centre Manager (if Franchisee partner is not involved).
  • Recurring expenses of Electricity, Wifi, Housekeeping consumables, RO water, and Salaries of all the staff
  • Share of local Marketing and Promotion expenses up to Rs. 2.5 lac per annum

SCOPE OF INVESTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES BY RoboSmart Labs -
  • Appointment and monthly salaries of 2-3 highly qualified and Technical Trainers
  • Initial set up of Complete RoboSmart Lab of each centre including complete robotics/STEM kits, Robots, Welcome kits for new registrations followed by regular updation of lab with addition / replacements of new projects
  • Curriculum development and regular amendments of all the classes in synchronization with National and International Educational School Boards active and India & latest of AI and Robotics Education.
  • All Printed and Electronic, course Material, ID cards, required software and Portal
  • Supply arrangement of Robots and Robotics Kits, Merchandising for selling at shelf by the business partner

PROJECTED EARNING WINDOW

  • The payback period is almost 9 to 15 months, even if Lab is run at 50% of its capacity
  • With 50% lab operations & lower limit of fee structure, franchisee can earn commission Payout of approximately Rs. 78.19 lac & with operation of 100% of its capacity, commission Payout will be around Rs. 1 crore 56 lac.

INDICATIVE COURSE FEE STRUCTURE – PRIVATE RoboSmart Labs -

  • Annual Course fee (80 Hours) : Rs.24900 +18% GST
  • Short duration Quarterly Course fee (24 Hours): Rs. 12900/- + 18% GST
  • Summer Vacations Monthly Course Fee (24 Hours) : Rs. 12900/- + 18% GST
  • Online 10 hours Crash Course Fee: Rs. 6900 +18% GST
  • Online 25 hours Course Fee (2 options): Rs. 12900/- + 18% GST
  • Online 51 hours Course Fee : Rs.29900 +18% GST
  • Offline course with self learning E Tutorials: Pre Programmed Robots & Robotics kits will have different Price tags and will keep changing.
  • Specialised Course fee: As these courses are more or less customized, the fee structure will vary & totally depends upon duration of course , contents and trainer engagement. It can go up to 2 lac per student
