Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. All the courses once sold and paid are non refundable.

2. If in any case the student / Parent thinks that, students is not delivered as per the Course deliverables are concerned, the case will be forwarded to the grievance committee of the Company. If Grievance committee observes and finds out shortcomings in the deliverables, full or part of course fee will be refunded depending upon the observations by the committee.

3. Physical items like Robotics kits, Robots or Merchandising, purchased online at www.robosmartlabs.com or at any of Private RoboSmart Lab or at any of our associate’s office, can be replaced during the Warranty if the performance of the product is not as declared or if the piece is defective.

4. If RoboSmart Lab or its partners are failed to replace the product if found defective in defined time frame, amount of the product purchased will be refunded in 2 months period.
